Heart Muffins



These are healthy muffins. They don't have fat and they are sympathetically decorated with little hearts. 

HEART MUFFINS

Muffins:
2 eggs
150 g (2dl) sugar
250 g (4dl) white flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
150 g dried cranberries + chopped almonds, hazelnuts & walnuts
100 ml milk

Topping:
200 g cream cheese
150 g icing sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar

+ heart shaped sprinkles

Preheat oven 200 C. Prepare a muffin tin with paper liners (12 pieces)

In a bowl whisk eggs and sugar until the foam is white. 
In another bowl mix together flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar. 
Start adding them in the first bowl together with milk, then add dried cranberries and chopped nuts. Mix carefully.
With a kitchen spoon fill the muffin liners and bake for 15 minutes until the muffins are golden brown. Remove them from the oven and let cool.
Prepare the topping by mixing together cream cheese and sugars. 
Add the topping on the muffins and decorate with sprinkles. 






Eat together with your BFF :)
