Chocolate Mousse







Don't know what's wrong with the Italian spring this year. Usually April is so beautiful and all the flowers and trees are blossoming.
Some of them are trying to do that already but it's not the same thing if the weather is grey and rainy.. I'm positive it's going to change soon.





Still having too many chocolate eggs left from Easter I made this quick chocolate mousse.

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

100 g chocolate eggs
1 egg
1 tablespoon sugar

Melt chocolate eggs in a small bowl and add egg yolk.
In another bowl whisk egg white and sugar. 
Mix both together and place the bowl in the fridge for an hour. 
Serve with sprinkles :)
