Quark Mousse with Berries



Quark combined with berries / fruit is one of my favourite "heathy" desserts. 
You can use the ingredients you wish. For this version I chose blueberries and raspberries which in Finland are commonly mixed together. 

QUARK MOUSSE WITH BERRIES

200 ml vanilla cream / low-fat cream
250 g quark
200 g blueberries
200 g raspberries
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar

Beat the cream to a foam, add quark, both sugars and berries.



Put the container in the fridge for 30 minutes and serve in pretty bowls decorated with berries.
