Home Made Muesli

A great suggestion for a healthy breakfast :)
I know there are many ready muesli's available at the supermarkets but I prefer to prepare my own at home. This version is very basic as a flavour, just a good example how easy it is to make!!

HOME MADE MUESLI 

50 g (1 dl) oat meal
50 g (1 dl) puffed spelt
2 tablespoons linen seeds
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons raisins

150 g natural yoghurt
2 teaspoons honey

(all ingredients biological)

In a deep plate mix together all the dry ingredients, pour in the yoghurt and sweeten with honey. Place in the fridge for about 15 minutes and enjoy with a cup of tea and sliced fresh fruits or berries.
